Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MissionPilot, a product of Rocketman Design, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
MissionPilot is a software service that helps nonprofit organizations manage Google Ad Grants campaigns. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Google's terms and policies.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@missionpilot.io.
3. Google Ads Authorization
By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize MissionPilot to access and manage your campaigns on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google account settings or through the MissionPilot settings page.
4. Subscription and Payment
MissionPilot is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or Google's advertising policies
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
MissionPilot and its content are owned by Rocketman Design, LLC. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights to your Google Ads account or campaign content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, impressions, clicks, or conversions. Google Ad Grants performance depends on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketman Design, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
