MissionPilot ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of Rocketman Design, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use MissionPilot ("the Service").

We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account registration information (name, email address, organization name)
- Google Ads account credentials and data accessed via Google's OAuth 2.0 flow
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Communications you send us
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To manage your Google Ads campaigns on your behalf, with your explicit authorization
- To send you weekly digest emails and product notifications
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support requests
3. Google API Data
MissionPilot accesses your Google Ads account data solely to provide the features you have requested. We do not sell, share, or use your Google Ads data for any purpose beyond operating the Service on your behalf. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers — Stripe (payments), Render (hosting), Amazon SES (email delivery)
- Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect rights and safety
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data.

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
